Deliveries

ONLY $10.00* NZ WIDE! Courier delivery between 5-10 working days from order. May take longer for some rural deliveries. No weekend deliveries

Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier or freight company. Please allow a minimum of 3 days – 2 weeks (business days) for delivery of your courier goods (longer for rural addresses), and 4 days – 3 weeks (working days) for larger freighted goods. A dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched. We will keep you updated at every step during order fulfillment. Homelandz goal is to be able to deliver the exact product in the exact quantity with the exact quality that the customer needs exactly when its needed.

Please note: If you have ordered more than one item, we will do our best to pack your entire order into the same delivery, however this is not always possible. To provide you the widest product range sometimes we may have to ship part of your order from another location.

Delivery to outlying Islands will incur additional freight costs:

Such as Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands, Stewart Island and Great Barrier Island. Delivery Cost to these Islands are $25 per carton/box on courier. Alternatively you can choose to have the product delivered to a friend OR care of a Post Haste Depot on the Mainland for yourself to collect, if you wish only to pay the $10 Freight. Customer Services will contact you prior to goods being dispatched if there are additional costs.

Pussydo Pallet Deliveries

When ordering this product access for delivery must be able to fit a large truck down your driveway to point you want it dropped off. If forklift unload is not available, the ground must be flat and suitable for a tail lift or trolley jack unload.

If delivery issues arise; an extra delivery or hand unload fee may apply or the product may have to be collected from your nearest freight branch. If you have any questions regarding this, please speak to us prior to placing your order.

Shed delivery costs

Delivery is NOT included to the Outer Islands.
To ship to Waiheke Island, please add an extra $300 per shed.
To Stewart Island add an extra $200 per shed

What happens if I received my order damaged?

Please contact ask@homelandz.co.nz with a photo of the damage and await further communication.

Returns

Homelandz is dedicated to providing quality products and brilliant customer service to our happy shoppers. We trust you will enjoy the products that you have ordered, and the shopping experience with Homelandz, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.

We make it easy – if you’re not happy, just follow the process below:

All our products are thoroughly tested & scrutinized. If however you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 10 days from the purchase date, provided it is unused in the original packaging. Homelandz will accept returns for the following scenarios:

Notified within 10 days from order.
Return freight is covered by customer
Homelandz will not accept items sent back to stock if our team have not been notified beforehand.
If returns are in a state of unacceptable quality due to misuse or not in accordance to manufactures instructions the return could be void.

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to Homelandz to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.
